SITTING SERVICES

Our standard rate begins at $18.00 Per Visit but can vary depending on how many pets are in the home, your location and number of visits requested. We do offer corporate discounts for frequent travelers.

We do NOT charge extra for holidays, evenings or for administering medications to your pets like many other sitters. This is part of our duty as a pet sitter. It's what we signed up for when we chose this profession.

Our visits typically last 30 minutes depending on the needs of your pets and include the following services:

* Walking pet if needed

* Feeding as directed by Pet Parents

* Administering medications as needed including diabetic and subQ fluids

* Bringing in mail/newspaper-watering plants as needed (unless they're silk)

* Of course, play time and even brushing and grooming if your pet deems it allowable

* Making your home appear as though you are home by opening/closing window dressings, turning on and off lights etc.

* And much more, just ask any of our clients! References available!

We do NOT charge a cancellation fee except during peak holiday seasons with less than 10 days notice and then our fee is 50% of your initial reservation. There are no exceptions to this policy as we often must turn down reservations during peak seasons and lose opportunities if someone cancels late into the holiday.

Our Security Policy

Job Sharing Policy-Aug. 2010

Considering the current economic climate, we at Pet Priorities can certainly empathize with the need to save money whenever possible. However, as a professional company being held accountable and liable should something go wrong with your home or your pets while you're away, we can no longer allow job sharing as part of Pet Priorities' policies. We often encounter issues with not knowing whether or not a pet has been fed or medicated and of alarms not being properly set, leading to late night calls from alarm companies, resulting in us having to make extra visits late at night which also result in extra fees for you. We have been very flexible on this matter in the past, but due to a lot of difficulties in this area lately, we must insist, if hired, that we take sole responsibility for your pets and home in your absence. We hope you will understand our position as a business and thank you for your understanding in advance.
